• Critically analyze their medical retina disease management strategies as compared to: clinical experiences and resultant patient outcomes of colleagues evidence-based best practice standards as presented by medical experts

• Critically analyze their vitreo-retinal surgical procedures as compared to:

  surgical experiences and resultant patient outcomes of colleagues
  evidence-based best practice standards as presented by medical experts

• Better identify signs and symptoms of unusual or masquerading retina-related conditions that may present in their own practice
